The engineer is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues in OpenStack and Kubernetes environments to maintain high SLA goals. This includes monitoring ticket queues, conducting Zoom calls with customers, and maintaining technical documentation.
The Migration Support Engineer will monitor the ticket queue, triage customer-reported issues, and respond to critical production incidents. They will also troubleshoot VM migration failures and contribute to automation tools and documentation.
