Lead the technical direction and architecture for backend, AI services, or mobile domains while remaining 40-60% hands-on with production code. Mentor a team of engineers and collaborate with product and clinical teams to integrate AI features safely into mental health workflows.

The designer will own the full product stack, defining the visual identity and creating end-to-end user flows. They will focus on conversion architecture, maintaining design systems, and utilizing AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping.

You will design robust data pipelines for EHR and medical literature while implementing multi-stage validation frameworks for clinical safety. Additionally, you will architect hybrid retrieval systems and fine-tune LLMs to provide interpretable, evidence-based diagnostic support.
