The team member will manage prescription refill requests and provide compassionate support to pet parents via phone, video, text, and chat. They will also assist in reviewing medical records, updating charts, and educating clients on illness and wellness care.

Provide excellent customer support to pet parents via phone, text, and email while assisting with scheduling and general inquiries. Collaborate with veterinary teams and route medical questions to the appropriate TeleAdvice staff.

The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. They will also manage user access, resolve support tickets, and assist with system installations and cybersecurity compliance.
