The Trauma-Based Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to victims of crime, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy integrated with trauma-informed holistic approaches to promote healing and recovery. Key duties include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with internal and external providers to support positive mental health outcomes.

The therapist will provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions to clients across the lifespan, conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and performing crisis interventions as necessary. Responsibilities also include completing thorough documentation in EMR systems and maintaining an agreed-upon minimum number of billable hours weekly.
