The Donor Specialist manages the screening and eligibility process for potential donors by reviewing medical records and coordinating with partner organizations. They are responsible for making acceptance or deferral decisions and tracking cases through recovery and shipping workflows.

Lead and execute commercial contracting and trade agreements between Ossium and transplant centers. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, and negotiation to ensure timely execution.

The Tissue Recovery Specialist is responsible for responding to communications regarding donor recovery, performing vertebral body recovery, and documenting and delivering recovered tissue. They must coordinate closely with Organ Procurement Organization staff and adhere to safety standards.
