The Project Development Engineer leads engineering, field auditing, and financial modeling tasks for medium to large-scale projects. They are responsible for establishing customer partnerships, mentoring engineering staff, and ensuring project objectives are met through technical and financial analysis.

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget. They lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

The Construction Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of energy retrofit and building projects, from resource planning and cost estimating to site safety and final commissioning. They are responsible for managing project financials, ensuring technical objectives are met, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.
