Own product design projects and workstreams from concept through live implementation, shaping product, content, and brand direction and designing AI-native experiences. Lead client workshops and design teams, maintain project design systems, collaborate closely with engineers, and mentor designers.
You will design and implement agentic AI systems, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable AI-native products for diverse client projects.
You will lead the technical architecture and implementation of complex, end-to-end digital products while solving the most challenging engineering problems. You will also support the team through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and collaboration across design and strategy teams.
You will own the frontend development for complex, end-to-end products, managing features from state handling to accessibility and performance. You will work collaboratively across teams, including designers and strategists, while taking ownership of project delivery and client communication.
