Ocean Outcomes

The Coordinator will support the implementation of the Wi-Fi Scaling Initiative and broader worker-centered human rights due diligence projects across East Asia. They will act as a primary point of contact for project planning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to ensure measurable improvements in labor conditions.

The Coordinator/Manager will lead stakeholder engagement and project implementation for the 'Accountability at Sea: Wi-Fi Scaling Initiative' to improve worker protection and transparency. They will also support broader human rights due diligence efforts across Northeast Asia's distant water fishing sector by facilitating dialogue and capacity building.
