The Communications Project Officer develops and delivers engaging digital content and communication resources to promote research impact across the department. They also provide strategic communication advice and support to project teams to increase awareness and adoption of key initiatives.
The Senior Communications Officer will develop and deliver strategic communications to explain biosecurity risks and practices to diverse stakeholders. They will translate complex technical information into accessible content and manage communication campaigns during biosecurity incidents.
The officer will coordinate projects, track program milestones, and manage reporting for the NSW Cattle Tick Program and other biosecurity initiatives. They will also facilitate stakeholder engagement and contribute to policy and operational outcomes across the department.
