The role involves developing and managing a local territory to drive profitability and growth in Commercial Package, Auto, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella lines by identifying new business and negotiating renewals. This includes maintaining strong customer and producer relationships while collaborating with the Commercial Sales Team and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Manage claims in accordance with best practices and provide high-level customer service to promote injured worker advocacy. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and investigate claims for potential fraud and subrogation opportunities.
