The Founding Designer will own the product's look, feel, and design system, building directly in code to eliminate traditional handoff pipelines. Responsibilities include designing the 3D canvas, property panels, and onboarding flows while shaping the overall brand and marketing surface.

Design and operate the data and infrastructure platform to support product and research teams. Focus on scaling cloud infrastructure, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and implementing observability and security controls.

You will work directly with the founders on strategic and operational projects, including fundraising, market analysis, and enterprise sales. You are responsible for optimizing internal processes and managing projects from end to end.

You will provision and manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code while designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows. Additionally, you will implement observability, monitoring, and security hardening to ensure system reliability and performance.
