The role involves providing dedicated support for Filing Solutions applications and leading implementation projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include managing customer onboarding, performing software upgrades, and writing advanced SQL queries for reporting and corrections.

Lead the onboarding, enablement, and adoption of CLARA and other AI solutions for regulatory users. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory organizations to coordinate training and synthesize user feedback for product improvement.
