The specialist will act as the primary interface between Science and Engineering, ensuring the reliable operation of the Preclinical Polaris system by managing system operations, technical support, and workflow optimization for hyperpolarized dose production. This role also involves developing SOPs for NMR analysis, supporting validation activities, and delivering comprehensive user training and technical onboarding.

The Field Service Engineer will lead complex onsite system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for customer equipment. They will also provide technical advice and ensure thorough documentation of all service procedures.

The Funding & Research Partnerships Manager will lead the development and submission of NIH R01 grant applications, shaping grant content and collaborating with internal and external partners. The role also involves managing timelines, ensuring compliance, and coordinating responses to reviewer comments.
