APS Investigator/Screener - MHC
The APS Investigator/Screener is responsible for screening abuse referrals, conducting clinical risk assessments, and coordinating safety plans for vulnerable individuals. They also perform death reviews for community mental health clients to determine if abuse or neglect contributed to the outcome.
