You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic customer projects within the Learning & Development sector while identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, lead contract negotiations, and analyze L&D trends to drive business success.

The role involves designing and delivering presence, online, and blended learning measures for employees and partners of a leading automotive manufacturer. It also focuses on coaching leadership and optimizing sales and service processes within the dealership environment.

Acts as the interface between sales, customers, and IT to design and implement digital learning and AI-supported solutions. Manages the process from the initial proposal phase through technical specification to successful go-live.
