Identify, recruit, and screen qualified candidates to build talent pipelines for a network of client businesses. Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to align talent supply with client demand and support candidates through the placement process.

The BDR is responsible for generating new client relationships and securing workforce service contracts to expand the MFSC Ecosystem. They will identify prospects, present service offerings, and eventually recruit and mentor a team of other BDRs.
