Position overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is the talent engine of the MFSC Ecosystem. You will identify, recruit, screen, and connect qualified candidates with employment opportunities across MFSC's network of client businesses and organizations.
As a TAS, you are not just filling roles — you are building talent pipelines that strengthen the entire ecosystem. You work alongside Business Development Representatives to ensure that every client relationship is supported by a deep, qualified bench of talent ready to be deployed.
Growth opportunity: High-performing Talent Acquisition Specialists can advance into leadership roles — recruiting, mentoring, and building their own teams of TAS professionals while earning override compensation based on team production, in accordance with MFSC compensation policies.
What you will do
• Source, recruit, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire, contract, and project-based opportunities
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client needs and workforce readiness
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines across multiple industries and skill sets
• Connect candidates with appropriate employment opportunities within the MFSC client network
• Support candidates through the placement process — coaching, preparation, and workforce readiness guidance
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to align talent supply with client demand
• Engage community and workforce development partners to expand candidate sourcing channels
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and placement outcomes
• As you grow: recruit, train, and mentor new Talent Acquisition Specialists on your team

Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you are comfortable talking with people at all levels
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications, work history, and fit with a discerning eye
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates and opportunities simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation structures
• Reliable internet access and proficiency with basic digital communication and scheduling tools
• A genuine commitment to helping people find meaningful employment opportunities

• You are responsible for your own taxes, including self-employment tax
