Provide empathetic and clear technical support to customers while troubleshooting issues related to SDKs and APIs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve documentation based on customer feedback.

The investigator will conduct end-to-end investigations into fraud and AML activity while managing merchant onboarding and underwriting processes. They will also assist leadership in refining internal compliance procedures and authoring detailed investigative reports.
