The agent will identify land ownership, research titles, and negotiate right-of-way and easement acquisitions for various infrastructure projects. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring policy compliance, and preparing real estate agreements.

The Planner will evaluate property impacts, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate acquisition and relocation planning for large-scale infrastructure projects. They will also conduct impact analysis, perform property ownership research, and collaborate with design teams to minimize project footprints.
