The VP of Physician Partnerships is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective physician partners to join Monarch's membership model. They act as a trusted advisor, guiding physicians through a consultative evaluation process and managing their professional transition.

Provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages to help them manage psychological difficulties and develop meaningful relationships. Responsibilities include performing clinical interviews, assigning diagnoses, and providing crisis stabilization and intervention.
