The Licensing Specialist is responsible for managing company, branch, and individual mortgage licenses, including renewals and regulatory filings within the NMLS system. They will also assist the Compliance Department with reporting, education requirements, and maintaining organized records to ensure adherence to all licensing regulations.
The Compliance Analyst will research and analyze regulatory requirements to support the company's risk management program and policy development. They will also monitor emerging risks, track corrective action plans, and assist in the delivery of compliance training programs.
The counsel will support the legal department by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts across the company. They will also manage contract requests from intake to execution while providing legal guidance to business stakeholders.
