Lead the end-to-end procurement and merchandising function for the third-party business, overseeing sourcing, inventory planning, and vendor strategy. Responsible for driving financial performance through KPIs such as fill rate, shrink, and forecast accuracy while managing a multi-functional team.

Support the Directors of Distribution in managing line hauls, routing, fleet maintenance, and safety programs. Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA standards.

Own end-to-end 3P procurement and account management while serving as the Category Manager for assigned produce or grocery categories. Lead vendor negotiations, demand planning, and manage a Buyer Analyst to ensure supply chain efficiency.

Manage end-to-end purchase orders and monitor inventory health to ensure optimal stock levels for 3P customers. Provide detailed reporting on sales and supplier KPIs while coordinating with Finance and QA to resolve discrepancies.

The Senior Manager will own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition campaigns across paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. They will also collaborate with creative and category teams to develop high-performing ad content and analyze campaign performance.
