The Collaborating Psychiatrist will provide mentorship and clinical oversight to PMHNPs and Psych PAs while ensuring adherence to world-class protocols. Responsibilities include reviewing clinician audits, conducting periodic case reviews, and escalating clinical issues as needed.

You will evolve the legal department from a defensive to an offensive function by strengthening regulatory positions and scaling legal problem-solving. Additionally, you will manage organization-wide compliance, advise cross-functional teams, and oversee the legal roadmap.

The Creative Strategist will own performance creative across all channels, driving growth from concept to execution by identifying what needs to be made and why it will succeed. This role involves building a high-velocity creative engine from the ground up, leveraging AI tools to multiply output and designing the optimal team structure of tools, contractors, and FTEs.
