The Academic Counselor manages a caseload of students to provide academic planning, graduation oversight, and targeted interventions. They collaborate with staff to support student persistence, postsecondary readiness, and whole-child academic success.

The QA Engineer will own the testing and validation process, transitioning the company from manual workflows to automated testing using Playwright and TypeScript. Responsibilities include writing automated regression tests, executing manual UI tests, and managing the release testing window to ensure high-quality deployments.
