The consultant will configure and optimize Workday Payroll systems for public sector clients while providing strategic post-production support. They will also manage system updates, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with union and state-specific payroll regulations.

Oversee the delivery of Workday implementation programs across HCM, Payroll, and Financials for public sector clients. Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Lead the end-to-end functional solution architecture for Workday Financials across multiple public sector clients. Act as the primary executive advisor to CFOs and CIOs while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring scalable, compliant designs.

The Solution Architect will lead end-to-end functional design for complex Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Payroll programs for public sector clients. They are responsible for guiding solution direction, mentoring consultants, and ensuring designs are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.
