The SBA Closing Specialist is responsible for preparing, processing, and documenting SBA loans while ensuring compliance with bank policies and SBA regulations. They serve as the primary liaison between lenders, underwriters, borrowers, and attorneys to facilitate a seamless loan closing process.

The SBA Loan Specialist supports lenders by reviewing loan files, evaluating SBA eligibility, and preparing complete loan packages for underwriting. They collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and structured according to SBA standards.

Manage the post-closing lifecycle of SBA loans by processing servicing requests and ensuring compliance with SBA Standard Operating Procedures. Act as a primary liaison between borrowers, the SBA, and internal teams to monitor loan performance and maintain portfolio documentation.
