Conduct internal audits to evaluate system controls and operational processes while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Collaborate with external auditors for Regulation SCI and SOC 2 reviews and present findings to management and the Audit Committee.

The role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to improve MEMX systems. This includes translating business processes into requirements and analyzing market trends to drive innovative solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Linux infrastructure and production systems to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with development and security teams to automate deployments and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Provide overnight support for MEMX exchange platforms, including incident response, triaging, and resolving unplanned system outages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and automate repeatable actions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Linux infrastructure and production systems to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with development and security teams to monitor performance, debug build systems, and mitigate vulnerabilities.

The primary focus involves customer service, acting as the first point of contact for exchange members by ensuring timely responses and logging all interactions via tickets. Additional duties include monitoring and troubleshooting the exchange systems while identifying and mitigating operational risks.

The Systems Reliability Engineer will be responsible for supporting MEMX exchange platforms during the US overnight shift, which includes on-call duties, responding to incidents, and triaging issues to resolve unplanned system outages. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform availability and improve operational processes like deployments and upgrades.
