The Customer Enablement Associate will create technical documentation, user guides, and training curricula to support customer adoption of Medrio software. They will also lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops to help customers effectively configure and utilize the platform.

The Business Development Associate supports revenue growth by managing administrative tasks, generating contracts, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. They are also responsible for lead generation and prospecting to identify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach.
