The Solutions Architect serves as a senior technical partner to clients, translating clinical and business needs into secure, scalable solutions using MIC products. The role manages the full lifecycle from pre-sales discovery and solution design to implementation support and account growth.
The intern will follow test plans to verify software quality and perform routine checks on existing features. They will also document bugs and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure functional requirements are met.
