The Director of Growth will lead the full growth engine, including strategy, paid acquisition, and SKU testing to drive profitable revenue. They will be responsible for managing daily operations in ad platforms and directing cross-functional teams to optimize funnels and creative assets.
You will own end-to-end product sourcing, supplier relationships, and manufacturing execution for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. This includes vetting manufacturers, negotiating terms, managing quality control, and coordinating international logistics to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
Own the strategy, systems, and revenue for customer journeys across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer companies. Focus on improving repeat purchase rates, customer lifetime value, and technical lifecycle infrastructure using tools like Klaviyo and Shopify.
