The Provider Network Specialist assesses network access, generates Geo Access reports, and identifies recruitment opportunities to build a cost-effective provider network. They also manage contract implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide training to both internal staff and external providers.

Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Care Management programs to improve health outcomes for high-risk members. Manage staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and the development of annual budgets and measurable program goals.

The Pharmacy Benefit Coordinator supports clinical outreach and HEDIS adherence initiatives to improve member healthcare outcomes and safety. They perform administrative tasks, manage pharmacy benefit implementation, and serve as a liaison between members, providers, and the PBM vendor.
