Responsible for obtaining and maintaining accurate provider data within the operating system and online directory. This includes performing data entry, auditing credentialing packets, and providing administrative support to the Network Management team.

Provide short-term care coordination and administrative support to help members improve their health and well-being. This includes conducting health risk assessments, connecting members to community resources, and coordinating care with providers.

The intern will support the Population Health Department by analyzing healthcare and social determinants of health data to identify trends and gaps. They will collaborate with leadership to translate data into actionable insights for program development and health equity strategies.
