The Senior Account Director serves as a trusted advisor to manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive account growth. They are responsible for providing strategic direction to account teams and overseeing the development of creative and media assets.

The intern will support the Digital department by managing business requests, facilitating ticketing flow in Jira, and maintaining project timelines. They will also perform quality assurance and functional testing on deliverables before they are pushed to production.

The Event Coordinator supports the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Key duties include managing registrations, coordinating vendors, and serving as the on-site lead for select events.
