The Program Specialist facilitates Victim Impact Panels and manages the logistics for various drunk driving and underage drinking prevention programs. They are also responsible for meeting revenue goals, recruiting volunteers, and ensuring grant compliance through diligent reporting and data tracking.
The specialist manages a caseload of victims of alcohol and drugged driving, providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and referrals. They also conduct community needs assessments, facilitate support groups, and coordinate with legal and medical systems to advocate for victim rights.
The Development Specialist will support fundraising efforts, plan and execute events, and build relationships with local businesses and donors. They will also represent the organization at community meetings and manage donor engagement through Salesforce.
