The Strategic Account Director is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within key named accounts. They will execute a land-and-expand strategy to meet specific quarterly ARR targets.
You will own the automation strategy and execution for a defined product area, moving it from basic coverage to comprehensive testing against edge cases and failure modes. Additionally, you will build and harden automated test frameworks, mentor team members, and contribute to platform-wide quality standards.
You will be responsible for triaging and resolving inbound technical support requests via email, chat, and phone. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to provide product feedback and ensure high-quality support standards.
Translate LucidLink's APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities into clear positioning and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create technical use-case marketing and internal sales enablement materials.
