Build and operate a high-volume AI-driven content factory to drive demos and revenue. This includes producing multi-format content and managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

You will build the talent function from scratch, including sourcing infrastructure, interview processes, and employer branding. You will also manage end-to-end hiring across all company departments while acting as a strategic partner to the founding team.
