Develop and implement Local Progress’s California statewide strategy, strengthen and grow membership, and represent the organization in coalitions, campaigns, and partnerships. Lead leadership development and member support, supervise organizing staff, cultivate funders, and collaborate on national programs and organizational initiatives.
The Senior Staff Attorney will provide legal, policy, and research support to local elected officials, with a focus on immigrant justice and other priority issue areas. They will lead the development of policy resources, manage legal documentation, and facilitate programming for the organization's network.
The Communications Manager will develop and execute comprehensive communications campaigns and manage day-to-day media and digital strategies. They will also provide strategic communications support to members and collaborate with staff to disseminate network-related news and policy resources.
