Head of Compliance
The Head of Compliance will serve as the FCA-accountable senior manager, owning the compliance framework across all product lines including mortgages and secured loans. They will lead the implementation of tech-driven compliance controls, manage regulatory relationships, and ensure the business meets all Consumer Duty and conduct risk requirements.
