The Senior Associate will act as an operator-in-residence for 4-6 portfolio companies, driving performance alongside management teams throughout the investment lifecycle. Key accountabilities include aligning stakeholders between LLR and portfolio companies, orchestrating functional support from the Value Creation Team, driving execution via tailored Value Creation Plans, and monitoring company performance.

The Director of AI Strategy & Value Creation will lead the portfolio-wide AI agenda, focusing on identifying practical AI opportunities, implementing solutions, and driving measurable business results across portfolio companies. This role also involves supporting investment decision-making by assessing AI maturity and quantifying potential value creation during diligence.
