The Customer Support Associate will provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat while identifying trends and reporting bugs to the Engineering team. They will also collaborate with other departments to improve processes and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of high-value customers while driving expansion and product adoption across the broader customer base. Responsibilities include conducting business reviews, leading renewal conversations, and executing targeted outreach campaigns to maximize platform value.

The Sales Development Representative will identify and engage potential customers through high-energy outbound outreach and discovery calls. They will qualify leads and collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and pipeline growth.

The Associate Account Executive will design and execute outbound campaigns to generate pipeline within the SMB childcare market, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close for sourced deals. They will also engage with decision-makers to understand needs, deliver product demonstrations, and consistently achieve revenue goals.

This role involves leading technical decisions for infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and platform architecture to ensure long-term scalability. Responsibilities also include driving system reliability and performance, developing internal tooling, and participating in an on-call rotation to maintain operational health.

The manager will lead the professional and technical growth of a diverse engineering team through mentorship, feedback, and objective setting, while continuously improving engineering practices and processes. They will also take a leadership role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, collaborating across teams to design, build, and ship great user experiences.
