Lead and manage internal and external UM audits, including CMS-related reviews, and drive the implementation of corrective action plans. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure UM processes and member communications align with Medicare and Medicaid regulatory requirements.

The System Configuration Analyst will configure, test, and maintain claims and utilization management system logic to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new business implementations, audit system rules, and manage member notifications.
