The Senior Manager will provide operational support for individual LOVB teams and the league, focusing on budget management and system efficiency. Key duties include managing travel logistics, vendor relationships, and coordinating league-wide operations across multiple teams.

Lead the planning, procurement, and inventory management of team gear and equipment across all professional volleyball teams. Establish consistent operational systems, manage vendor relationships for laundry and printing, and ensure OSHA compliance for equipment protocols.

Lead the marketing strategy and execution for LOVB Youth Tournaments & Events (LYTE) to drive awareness and participation. Manage the integration of youth-to-pro strategies and oversee brand consistency across various club-run and owned events.
