Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of Phase 1-3 clinical trials, ensuring operational excellence and alignment between internal teams and external vendors. Drive end-to-end delivery of clinical studies while integrating field-based insights from the Medical Science Liaison function.

Lead the translational science strategy and design NDA-enabling non-clinical pharmacology studies for LB-102 and other pipeline assets. Bridge preclinical and clinical efforts by validating biomarkers and overseeing pharmacokinetic and toxicology programs to accelerate drug development.

The Vice President will lead neuropsychiatric development programs by managing cross-functional teams, developing strategic operational plans, and ensuring high-quality data output. They are responsible for driving decision-making, managing program budgets, and representing the program to internal and external stakeholders.
