Contact incoming B2C leads from marketing campaigns to identify their projects and guide them toward the right training. Manage the entire sales process from discovery to contract signature and suggest improvements for the commercial process.

You will manage the full sales cycle for incoming leads, from initial contact to contract signature, without the need for prospecting. Additionally, you will contribute to improving commercial processes and act as a key ambassador for the company's training programs.

The primary focus is adapting and translating Cuisine training content to deliver high-quality programs for aspiring professional cooks in the UK, involving instructional design, content production, and acting as the lead culinary expert.

The role involves designing and structuring comprehensive learning pathways for culinary training. Additionally, the expert will produce multi-channel resources and perform technical culinary demonstrations.
