You will run targeted outbound sourcing campaigns to identify and engage highly specialized subject matter experts across technical domains. You will also manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful placement of PhDs, researchers, and industry professionals.
Own the end-to-end contributor acquisition funnel from sourcing technical profiles to successful onboarding. Build and manage the systems, external BPO partnerships, and sourcing channels to scale the recruit pipeline efficiently.
