Kumon

The Chief Center Operator supports the daily operations of assigned Virtual Company-Owned Centers and conducts parent orientation and assessment meetings. They also assist with lesson planning, monitor virtual classes, and ensure compliance with Kumon standards.

As a Field Consultant, you will oversee 20-30 Kumon locations, providing guidance to franchisees and ensuring they meet performance standards. You will also assist in the opening of new centers and develop strategies to enhance franchisee competitiveness.
