The specialist is responsible for high-volume legal document production, including formatting, PDF conversion, and creating complex tables and presentations. They also supervise team members, manage resource allocation, and ensure quality standards are met for legal staff.

Review and negotiate client-drafted engagement terms, NDAs, and other non-standard contracts to ensure firm compliance. Coordinate contract version control and manage the documentation of approved client guidelines on the firm's intranet.
