The role splits time between driving recruiting efforts, including sourcing and pipeline management, and supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Additionally, the position manages internal logistics, company culture initiatives, and basic HR administrative support.

Manage end-to-end relationships with policyholders to help them navigate workers' compensation and adopt claims management technology. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate client insights into product improvements and risk mitigation strategies.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, cloud-native software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure high-quality code through architecture and code reviews.

The Head of Growth will be responsible for scaling Kinetic’s adoption among retail Solana traders and leading strategic partnerships. This role involves managing customer acquisition, developing marketing strategies, and aligning growth efforts with product development.
