The Recipient Rights Officer ensures the agency operates a system for behavioral health and substance use services that complies with federal and state requirements. They are responsible for managing rights-related complaints and documenting processes while working under the supervision of the Recipient Rights Director.
This position provides crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for adults and children. Duties are performed via face-to-face contact or telehealth in a variety of settings.
The Case Manager is responsible for person-centered planning to develop and monitor individual plans of service for clients. They provide ongoing linking, coordinating, and monitoring of mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
