The National BAS Field Service Operations Manager oversees the operational performance, profitability, and quality of building automation systems across the United States. This role establishes national service standards, manages technical escalations, and leads field technician development to ensure consistent and responsive customer service.

The Client Service Representative is responsible for developing, selling, and renewing recurring Building Automation Systems service agreements for new and existing customers. They will act as a long-term lifecycle partner by conducting customer discovery, managing account growth, and coordinating with operational teams to ensure service excellence.

The BAS Projects & Parts Coordinator provides administrative, procurement, and project coordination support for the Building Automation Systems team. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, ordering controls parts, tracking material deliveries, and assisting with repair quotations.

The Project Manager will oversee building automation and controls projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. They are responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating field teams, and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication and reporting.
