The System Support Associate provides client-facing support for the KAPS unclaimed property management system, including diagnosing issues and managing development tickets. They are also responsible for training end users, documenting processes, and analyzing workflows to recommend system improvements.
The associate will perform research and analysis on client unclaimed property records and reconcile out of balance stock holdings. They will also communicate with team supervisors and update state unclaimed property systems.
The Audit Associate is responsible for organizing and analyzing financial and non-financial information to prepare audit work papers and memorandums. They will also perform preliminary analyses of audit responses and present recommendations to management.
